Daiwa is quite a reliable brand so as per all Daiwa hotels, for this hotel, 1) the room is very clean and not too small 2) the staff are very helpful and polite. In fact, the intern who served me on that day was very helpful and polite too. He helped me call the restaurant to confirm my booking reservation. The full time staff are always stationed there to assist if needed. The funny thing is that they will greet every time the lift opens at the reception floor (the lift always stops at the reception floor) 3) the staff can understand English 4) wide variety of good amenities. This hotel even provides onsen powder 5) Coin washing machines available. However, they are usually not used :D. Not sure if people are not aware of it or not many tourists visiting the tohoku area. 6) great location. It is near hon-hachinohe station, hachinohe port museum and miroku yorocho. The bus stop to sunday morning market is 3min walk away. 7) bed is comfortable 8) convenience store downstairs In addition, the bathtub is big

Centrally located with many options for food and entertainment- especially once the sun goes down. A convenience store located on the first floor of the hotel is truly convenient - allowing you to buy snacks, fruits, drinks, toiletries, etc. Also, the rooms were very quiet at night. Finally, there is a bus stop just outside the hotel, with direct service to the Misawa airport. Nice.

The service is efficient and excellent. The rooms are clean and well equipped, albeit small (but that's expected in all city hotels in Japan). The buffet breakfast was delightful considering the reasonable room rate. There's a good variety of Japanese and local Hachinohe breakfast delights. We had dinner at the same restaurant, and it served good and decently priced Izakaya fare.

Convenient location near the famous Hachinohe Yokocho (small alleyways with tiny pubs and restaurants) and not far from the harbor and the even more famous Sunday morning market. You can reach all sightseeing spots in old Hachinohe by foot. Breakfast was good. Like in the whole north of Japan expect excellent Japanese and not so many western options. For me this is perfect, but you should be aware.

Located on a main street, the hotel is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bus stations. It even has a convenient store downstairs - great for evening snacks! The staffs was very professional, friendly and helpful. The amenities on offer were pretty good too.

We had an excellent breakfast with plenty of choices—something for everyone, from local specialties to more familiar options. The hotel itself was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff were attentive and helpful, making everything run smoothly. A really comfortable stay overall.

Very comfortable room. Pillows were lovely, not too firm as I have found in other hotels. Whilst I didn't need it, I really appreciated that there was a pillow menu, so you could order a different type of pillow if required. Breakfast that was included was exceptional.

The hotel is well placed in the middle of the heart of the city and not too far from the Hon-Hachinohe station. It's also close to the food center of Hachinohe. Even then, having a konbini inside the hotel is always a plus.

It’s a nice hotel in a busy city street but it was value for money and parking was $9 at one of those automated buildings where the car is taken inside on a lift. It was the first time in 6 weeks in Japan we’d experienced this kind of parking!
